We want your experience to be seamless from the moment you place an order to the moment our products illuminate your home. Please review our shipping and return guidelines below.
1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time Because each DecorNation piece is unique and thoroughly tested for camera, lighting, and software functionality prior to dispatch, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and packed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.
- Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or severe weather. DecorNation is not responsible for carrier-related delays.
Damaged or Lost Packages Your smart fixtures and nursery monitors contain sensitive electronics, camera lenses, and delicate materials (like glass or custom frames). While we pack every item with extreme care, transit damage can occasionally happen.
- If your item arrives damaged: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@decornation.store with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement immediately.
- If your package is lost: If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If the issue remains unresolved after 3 business days, reach out to our support team for assistance.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Return Window We accept returns on uninstalled, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition of Returned Items To be eligible for a return, your DecorNation product must meet the following criteria based on its category:
- Outdoor Fixtures: Must be completely uninstalled. Items that have been hardwired, mounted to a wall, or show signs of installation (e.g., stripped wires, scratched mounting plates) cannot be returned.
- Nursery / Baby Monitors: Must be unused and in pristine condition. For safety and sanitary reasons, devices that show signs of wear, mounting, or daily use will not be accepted.
- Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging with all included hardware, power cables, manuals, and accessories.
- Unaltered: Because each piece is uniquely crafted, any physical modifications made to the fixture or frame will void return eligibility.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Custom-commissioned items (e.g., bespoke designs, specific frame styles, or personalized door numbers specifically requested by the customer).
- Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
- Request an RMA: Email us at returns@decornation.store with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Returns sent back without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Pack Securely: Repackage the item carefully to ensure the camera lens, lighting elements, frames, and casing are fully protected during transit.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Remorse: If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or it doesn't fit your decor, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for these high-value items.
- Defective or Incorrect Item: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item upon arrival), DecorNation will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Warranty Claims
If you are experiencing technical issues with the security camera, baby monitor feed, or lighting components outside of the 30-day return window, please refer to our 1-Year Limited Warranty policy.
- Outdoor fixtures are covered for standard weather conditions; indoor nursery monitors are not covered for water/weather damage or accidental drops. Contact support@decornation.store for troubleshooting and warranty service.
